Official Rules and Regulations (the “Contest Rules”)

1. ELIGIBILITY The Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who, at the start of the Contest Period, have reached the age of majority and hold a valid Canadian passport. Employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sushi On Fennell, its affiliates, agents, and promotional partners are not eligible to enter.

2. THE CONTEST PERIOD The Contest begins at 10:00 AM EST on April 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on April 30, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during this time frame.

3. HOW TO ENTER To enter the Contest, entrants must complete one of the following actions during the Contest Period:

1. Make a purchase: Place an order on the website at www.sushionfennell.com. Each order placed counts as one (1) entry into the Contest. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is allowed per day. Unlimited entries are allowed, provided an order is placed on different days during the Contest Period. Only valid orders placed on the website during the Contest Period will qualify as entries.

2. No purchase necessary entry: Follow Sushi On Fennell on Instagram or Facebook, then share our contest post on your story. After sharing, entrants must send a direct message (DM) to Sushi On Fennell with their full name, phone number, and email address to complete their entry. This will count as one (1) entry into the Contest. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is allowed per day. Unlimited entries are allowed, provided the share occur on different days during the Contest Period.

   All entries will be automatically entered into the Contest. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these official Contest Rules, which ate subject to change at the sole discretion of Sushi On Fennell. Non-compliance with these Contest Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest and/or forfeiture of the prize.

4. THE PRIZES There are three (3) prizes available to be won during the Contest:

1. Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize consists of an all-inclusive trip for two (2) to The Grand Oasis Cancun, Mexico, including airfare, accommodations, meals, and airport transfers. The total approximate value of the Grand Prize is $4,000 CAD.

2. Second Prize: One (1) second prize consists of four (4) tickets to the Toronto Blue Jays vs New York Yankees game on Monday, June 30th. The approximate value of the second prize is $500 CAD.

3. Third Prize: One (1) third prize consists of four (4) tickets to a 2025 Forge FC Pitch Side Patio experience at any home game of the winner’s choice. The approximate value of the third prize is $350 CAD.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS Travel must be completed by the date specified by Sushi On Fennell. Travel is subject to availability and must be booked a minimum of sixteen (16) weeks prior to departure. Blackout periods apply, including without limitation: around holidays (such as March break, Spring break, Easter, Christmas, New Year’s, and Thanksgiving), and peak travel seasons. If the winner is unable to travel during the specified period, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be chosen. Travel arrangements must be made through Sushi On Fennell, and changes to travel arrangements once confirmed are not allowed. Winners must have valid passports and any other required travel documents, including travel insurance.

6. PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS The Grand Prize is non-transferable but does have a cash surrender value of $1,000 CAD. The second and third prizes are non-transferable and does not have a cash surrender value. Sushi On Fennell reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of it with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION On May 12, 2025, one (1) eligible winner for each prize will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Contest Period. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of the draw. If the selected winner cannot be reached within two (2) days, or if they do not comply with these Contest Rules, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be chosen. To claim prize, winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question as required by Canadian law.

8. DECLARATION AND RELEASE The selected winner must sign a Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and accepting the Prize as awarded. The winner must also provide proof of identification and consent for Sushi On Fennell to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE By entering the Contest, entrants grant Sushi On Fennell and its promotional partners the right to use their name, photo, video, and other materials for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sushi On Fennell for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize. Entrants also consent to receiving promotional emails, which they can opt-out of at any time.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sushi On Fennell and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, including network errors, that may prevent an entrant from entering the Contest. By entering, participants release Sushi On Fennell, its affiliates, and their agents from any liability arising out of the Contest, including but not limited to the use of the Prize.

12. FORCE MAJEURE Sushi On Fennell is not responsible for any delays or inability to fulfill the Contest due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

14. MISCELLANEOUS Sushi On Fennell reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time, subject to applicable laws. If any provision of these Contest Rules is deemed invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
